Which coffees we offer?
We have many coffees of different categories: grown agroecologically, organic, biodynamic and fair trade.
Our coffees come from Veracruz, Chiapas, Oaxaca, Puebla and Guerrero; we have washed, natural and honeys coffees.
We also work with traditional producers and try to help them in the transition to specialty coffees and having socially and environmentally respectful cultivation practices.

Green coffee
We offer specialty grade green coffee with the SCA parameters.
The vast majority of our coffees come from biodiverse coffee plantations, which promote conservation, water care, protection of the environment and the people of these communities.
We have strategic alliances with producers to help them in their quality improvement processes and to take care of their coffee plantations, which allows us to create a stable and reliable offer harvest after harvest, all built under a model of respect for people and nature.
